Having a bad hair month!

Lately I have been hating my hair, and hating the fact that my hairdresser is 3 hours away.  What to do? Most people would go somewhere closer, and just hope for the best...well, I am not most people.  And besides, what could be closer than the scissors in my bathroom? 

I tried to get Ryan involved, but I guess he didn't want a hair massacre on his conscience.  So instead, I in listed Chloe.  She is always up for a cosmetic adventure...I took the front and she took the back. And here and the results...(Sorry about the photos, obviously not for artistic purposes!)

What do you think? Do I have a career in cutting my own hair?  The only problem is I think this is the only cut I could do...

Old Man Winter...

 He's beating me down...along with his cohort...Punxsutawney Phil, you know the ground hog...well, I heard that he predicted an early spring (which I guess it's my fault, for putting my trust in a large rodent for meteorological predictions). So my point is WE GOT SNOW! I know, I don't have much to complain about compared to the rest of the U.S. but that certainly won't stop me from complaining...but on the bright side Ryan and I took some pictures of our little storm.

To Appease

Well, I haven't been in the blogging mood as of late...as you may have noticed. So to appease the masses (I am being a bit presumptuous here) I thought I would post some pictures from a recent family adventure...Enjoy!

That was a great day! Nice sunny, the whole family together, no hectic schedules...(insert sigh of contentment here). It is nice to leave the world behind for a day isn't it?
